Working within a multi-building production manufacturing and office setting, the successful candidate will lead and represent all janitorial shifts, beginning with area inspections, implementing a 5S program for closets, ensure staff have everything they need daily to successfully perform their jobs, and lead by example, pitching in cleaning when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Understand the client Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure it is executed and complied with Execute the cleaning quality control program Understand operational goals, communicate them to the employees on shift and lead them to meet those goals Supplies procurement Follow agreed business processes and company standards for supervising, training, motivating, continuously improving performance, and rewarding direct reports Actively support and maintain a safe working environment Ability and willingness to alter schedule as needed for in support of training and coverage Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse multi-cultural workforce On-Call Pager every 2nd week Additional duties as requested Benefits $21/hour plus overtime and pager pay Excellent benefits package including weekly pay, PTO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K Job Type:
